We are pleased to announce that the official website of Hitsuji Gumi has been renewed.
Azabu no Hitsuji opened in 2018 as a single lamb restaurant in Azabu-Juban. Ichigaya no Hitsuji followed.
Through jingisukan — Japanese-style grilled lamb — we have built our restaurants around one wish: that as many people as possible come to know how good, and how deep, lamb can be.
Lamb changes with age: lamb, hogget and mutton each taste different. Origin, breed, farm and cut all add their own character.
Alongside imported lamb, we buy Japanese lamb from farms in Hokkaido, Miyagi, Yamagata and elsewhere, and serve whatever that season brings us.
On the new site we will share more than opening hours and directions: where our lamb comes from, how we buy it, and how to enjoy jingisukan at its best.
Lamb, closer to home. And lamb, more interesting.
